The game started well with a lot of good passing and two goals (one each from Ben Vallender and Michael Assheton). With some excellent goalkeeping by Stonehouse, saving at least five almost certain goals, the momentum waned and following a freekick which gave Stonehouse their first goal, they scored again shortly before half time taking the score to 2-2. The Gladiators came out with renewed momentum after half time with some excellent passing and control by the whole team. Michael Assheton scored three more goals in quick succession followed by a second by Ben Vallender. Interrupted only by two intense drives by Stonehouse creating a little confusion in the Galdiators defense and scoring two goals, two goals by Aiden Bonehill and one by Robbie Searle took the game to the final whistle with the Galdiators winning 9-4

Aiden Bonehill made sure of a good start today playing away against Cam Everside with two early goals. The third goal was scored by Dominic Perris forcing the ball past Everside's keeper. With a lot of excellent passing Ben Vallender and Aiden Bonehill helped Michael Assheton score the next two taking the Gladiators to half time five goals up. Dominic Perris scored his second goal to start the second half well. Everside lifted their game as the Gladiators managers (Steve Vallender and Steve Perris) made substitutions and tried players in different positions. Some good defending by Alex Fleming, Robbie Searle and Freddie Whittaker as well as some brave goalkeeping by Edward James kept the game steady whilst only conceding one goal. Good passing was the theme of the Gladiators game with good cover and control as well as goal attempts by Hayden Lavender and Gregor Workman. Final score 1-6

Again playing in their blue strip, this time at home, the Gladiators faced Rodborough Raiders in a new formation, playing Dominic Perris as a sweeper/feeder from defense. The game started very well with an early goal by Aiden Bonehill followed shortly by one by Ben Vallender. Ben then scored from the penalty spot which started a landslide of goals with a further two by Ben, two by Dominic Perris (one a great shot directly from a free kick) with Aiden getting his second to take the Gladiators to 8-0 by half time. Ben continued the assault in the second half with his fifth goal. Gladiator's goalkeeper Edward James then got his first touch of the ball (his total for the match was four). Three goals were then scored by Michael Assheton (the last from a great cross by Robbie Searle). The game was rounded off by two more goals, one each by Alex Fleming and Hayden Lavender. Final score 14-0.
